Soap&Glory is one of those makeup brands that I just adore. Ever since my local Boots developed a large collection of their products, I became hooked and now own all too many of their lovely items. Not only is the Soap&Glory makeup reasonably priced, it's also incredibly good quality stuff, with every product I have bought so far highly exceeding my expectations.
A lot of bloggers also love Soap&Glory makeup, as well as skincare, from what I have seen over the past few months, which gave me the idea for this post. Therefore today, I thought I would just take you all through the bits and pieces that make up my S&G cosmetics collection, and also talk about the products of theirs that I would like to own in the future...
Firstly, there's my gloss stick that I think I have mentioned before. These little cuties are only £3.50, and for a subtle hint of colour they are just perfect for use on an everyday basis. I would however, love to try out the proper Soap&Glory lipsticks too,as their shades seem a lot more vibrant and the pinks in particular look perfect for the spring and summer.
Not only are the Soap&Glory blushes and powders incredibly cute in their packaging, their also amazingly good quality as well (please excuse the blusher on the far left though, as that is in fact my Mac Well Dressed). My One Heck of a Blot Powder cost £12, and is just perfect at mattifying my skin without looking too cakey, or without washing me out. The actual pot it's in is sturdy and supportive too, so I have no fears about the powder breaking or crumbling when I put it in my bag or suitcase either, which is one less stress!
The Love at First Blush is also lovely, as it contains several blush and highlighter shades in one, so with just one sweep of a brush you can achieve glowing, healthy cheeks. For £11, I again think that this product is very affordable for such a good quality item, and for that reason I really want to purchase the Solar Powder bronzer in the future too (mostly because I have heard many good things about it).
You may well know that I can rarely go a day without wearing eyeliner, and my love of the Supercat Eyeliner has only excentuated that obsession. Applying my liner with this little thing is insanely easy-it just glides over my eyelids and takes seemingly forever to dry out, so you definitely get your money's worth for £6. The Thick&Fast Mascara (which costs £10.50) is also a product that is climbing up the ranks to my everyday makeup, thanks to its rather thin applicator which makes applying mascara to my bottom lashes a piece of cake!
In terms of eyebrows, I do own many products to try and perfect them on a daily basis. One of my all time favourite products to do so is the Archery Pen, which I think I have talked about on several occasions, but just adore. On one end it has a pen to draw on the brows, and on the other end there is a wax to set them and even them out-a fair amount of product for a price of £10. I have seen now though that Soap&Glory do have a new eyebrow product out, also from the Archery range, that I would also like to get-it has a more angled end, that I believe is waxy and seems, on the whole, very interesting.
I hope you can all see, from this post, just how much I love Soap&Glory makeup-their products are so affordable and accessible, that I just can't wait to expand my collection in the future. I really enjoyed talking about the S&G products today, so at some point over the next couple of weeks I will post some more about their skin care products too, because I seem to have amassed quite a collection of those bits and bobs as well!
