Happy New Year to you all! Naturally, for my first post of 2016 I thought I would write about my latest purchases and form a haul of sorts. For Christmas, I received some money from my family and in recent days I have done a fair bit of spending with said money-the items I bought though are mostly quite big purchases which explains why there are only 4 items in this haul (if you you can even call that a haul, but never mind)...
Clinique Chubby Contour Stick-I have wanted to purchase this product for the best part of forever, but for £19 it wasn't something that I could simply get on a daily basis. However, with a bit of Christmas money I knew I had to put it at the top of my shopping list-I'm glad I did as well, as from the couple of times I have used it so far, I can tell that I will really love using this product as it makes bronzing and contouring very easy.
Olivia Burton Watch-A few months ago, I bought a watch from Daisy Dixon.com but unfortunately I have found that the rose gold rim of its face is already wearing away! So as a treat to myself, after visiting the Goldsmiths Boutique store, I decided to purchase a gorgeous Olivia Burton watch-I haven't took an actual photo of the watch yet, but it has a black strap and a rose gold face (similar to my Daisy Dixon watch, but undoubtably far better quality).
Miss Selfridge Blouse-I bought this from the sales on Boxing Day, after having seen it a couple of months before and really liking the look of it;however I wasn't too keen on spending £28 on such a top, so when I saw that it was reduced to £15 I knew I had to get it. After wearing it once so far, I have to say that I can't wait to wear it some more over the next few months as I think it will look lovely in the spring with some blue jeans and pretty pastel shoes.
New Balance Trainers-The first pair of New Balance trainer that I bought (back last spring) were unbelievably comfy, so when I saw the above pair in Schuh I thought I might as well get some more. Originally I had wanted to get myself some Nike Janoskis, but sadly they weren't available in my size, so naturally I instead opted for a pair of shoes that I knew were durable and comfortable (as well as nice looking obviously!)
And there's my haul (of sorts)! I do still have some Christmas money left over though, so hopefully I will be buying a few more bits and bobs over the next few weeks that I can also share with you. I would love to know what you all have been purchasing lately as well, so please comment below to give me some ideas what to spend the rest of my money on...
In the mean time, thank you for reading,
